REPROSPE Sports Terms of Service

Welcome to REPROSPE Sports. By registering for our camps, clinics, training sessions, programs, website services, or SMS communications, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Participation

REPROSPE Sports provides youth sports training, camps, clinics, mentorship, and accountability-based development programs designed to support athletic and personal growth.

Participation in any REPROSPE Sports activity is voluntary.

Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in sports and physical activities carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Falls

  • Physical contact

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Accidents related to athletic participation

By registering, participants and guardians assume all reasonable risks associated with participation.

2. Code of Conduct

REPROSPE Sports maintains a positive, disciplined, and respectful environment.

Participants are expected to:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, and other athletes

  • Demonstrate sportsmanship

  • Follow instructions

  • Maintain appropriate behavior and body language

  • Practice accountability and effort

REPROSPE Sports reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

Camp and clinic registration fees must be paid prior to participation unless otherwise stated.

Refund policies:

  • Refund requests made at least 7 days prior to camp start may be eligible for partial refund consideration.

  • No refunds may be issued after camp participation begins.

  • REPROSPE Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Medical Authorization

Parents/guardians certify that participants are physically able to participate in athletic activities.

In the event of an emergency, REPROSPE Sports staff may seek emergency medical treatment if a parent/guardian cannot immediately be reached.

5. Media Release

By participating, parents/guardians grant REPROSPE Sports permission to use photos, videos, or recordings from camps, clinics, and events for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Promotional materials

No compensation will be provided for media use.

6. SMS Communications

By opting into REPROSPE Sports SMS updates, you agree to receive recurring messages regarding:

  • Camp announcements

  • Registration reminders

  • Program updates

  • Promotions

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All REPROSPE Sports branding, materials, logos, training concepts, graphics, and content are the property of REPROSPE Sports and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

REPROSPE Sports, its staff, coaches, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in programs or use of services.
